Cool Guys Don’t Look At Explosions

Dear Mitten,

It's June. Really? Really? Would it kill you to be I don't know, 70 degrees? This weekend was definitely cooler than usual.

'Body by Andy' continues. This weekend included 10+ miles of biking and rock climbing. This week Andy learns how to make a ponytail and give pedicures. In all seriousness, I am really descent at climbing, and the sport pushes you physically and mentally. Something totally unexpected that I can throw my OCD energy into, a nice release.

Good old hockey game(s) this weekend kids. Ze Wings are headed to Pitt with a 2-0 lead.  Mind you we are still down Datsyuk and Draper. The princess of hockey, Cindy Crosby was amazing...at acting like a little B. Crosby made a pretty lame move when he slashed Maltby on the skate post-game. Did he really get upset about some trash talking?! Well Cin, our FOURTH string players are doing a great job.

He was giving guys lip service and things like that," Crosby said. "And you know, I two-handed him on top of the foot there as we were skating by. He felt like it was necessary to keep talking after the game, and I thought I’d whack him, and that was it."

If Crosby’s pathetic attempt post-game Saturday wasn’t enough, Malkin decide to throw down the pacifier and take on Zetterberg. Who, ya know, is such an enforcer. Bite me. Come on fellas, pump the brakes.

And I have to pimp out these commercials, partly because And loves a little 'home improvement.' This may have been a factor in our camping excursion of late. Pure Michigan (yes, that's Tim Allen's voice):

And finally, who knew – the MTV Movie Awards were actually entertaining. Thanks to Andy Samberg.

Mikey Likes It – Age ain’t nothing but a number, and evidently women aren’t nothing but a date on the calendar. AXE, so damn clever. As wrapping the female students' dormitory in the shape of calendar and using Axe for a month throughout March, They aimed for the expression that a new female can be met on a daily basis, to promote the brand image and preference for Axe.

If I am getting this geeked out over the website, then I am going to lose my wand when The Wizarding World of Harry Potter debuts at Universal!!

A spoon full of sugar helps the what? Check out Neotrama’s ode to Mary Poppins Trivia.

Next time you watch the movie, check out the queue of nannies lined up to interview for the nanny position - a bunch of them are actually men.

Julie Andrews almost didn’t take the role - she was actually holding out for the Eliza Doolittle part in My Fair Lady that eventually went to Audrey Hepburn.
